Tasks
You will play a key role in supporting our Rural Team with helping to deliver high-quality land and property services to a diverse range of clients across Gloucestershire and surrounding regions. This role is a varied and hands-on, combining office-based responsibilities with site visits, offering an opportunity to gain practical experience in rural valuations, land agency and estate management. -Attend team meetings, training sessions, and maintain a record of professional development. -Keep appropriate records of current work that are required by the team/firm and ensure all work is stored correctly. -Work with all clients and members of the public professionally. -Professional Growth - Work closely with senior stakeholders and gain exposure to major valuation projects across the UK. -Deliver a quality service to clients and team colleagues. -Assist with on-site work and inspections as required. -Support the team in delivering rural services, including valuations, land agency, and estate management.

What You Bring
Degree educated in an area such as agriculture or rural land management. Other qualifications or subjects will be considered. -A degree (or equivalent) in agriculture, rural land management, or a related subject (other relevant qualifications will be considered). -Full driving license, access to a car and willingness to undertake some regional travel. -An understanding or interest in rural matters and agriculture. -Represent Bruton Knowles professionally, both internally and externally. -The ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met. -Strong Client Portfolio - Inherit and build upon relationships with lenders, investors, developers, and private clients.
