Our client, a leading commercial general contractor, is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee tenant improvement (TI) and renovation projects across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Bernardino. The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction leader with proven experience managing complex commercial interiors and ensuring quality, schedule, and safety on every jobsite. -5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial tenant improvement or renovation projects. -Strong understanding of scheduling, coordination, and site logistics. -Willingness to travel to and from projects throughout LA, Orange County, and San Bernardino. -Excellent communication and leadership skills.
