First contact for ASB reports, assess risk, manage cases and support residents.

Tasks

-Maintain accurate records and request relevant evidence to support case resolution. -Support the team with routine administrative tasks and contribute to service improvement reporting. -Respond to correspondence in line with our Customer Care Standards and brand guidelines. -Manage the ASB inbox and handle inbound/outbound calls with residents. -Provide excellent customer service, ensuring residents feel heard and supported. -Attend joint visits with Community Safety Officers and liaise with residents on preferred outcomes. -Be the first point of contact for ASB reports via phone, email, app, or online. -Assess risk levels, agree initial action plans, and allocate cases for onward management.
