Tasks

-Conduct CS&QA visits and prepare official transmittals for onward submission. -Conduct Training of Trainers (TOT) programs for officials. -Participate in relevant dam safety activities as required. -Assess construction quality, quality control systems, and quality assurance. -Design customized training modules/lectures to train IAs. -Participate as a domain expert in the DHARMA updating team. -Provide necessary input for the development of MIS and the official project website. -Contribute to the updating or development of dam safety guidelines/manuals. -Review overall rehabilitation plans of DRIP dams. -Serve as the Nodal Expert for reviewing all dam safety aspects across project activities. -Perform dam safety inspections and provide expert opinions to address safety concerns. -Expedite and ensure compliance with urgent dam safety matters as assigned by the Project Director. -Assist in developing the annual training program calendar and act as faculty.
