Tasks

-Contribute to ad hoc projects that advance portfolio performance and long-term growth initiatives -Partner with Asset Management team members to deliver analytic support across the portfolio -Analyze tenant and borrower performance to inform portfolio strategy and decision-making -Develop and maintain financial models to track property performance against forecast and identify trends -Research and synthesize industry developments, publications, and market news to provide strategic insights -Support lease approval processes by conducting market and competitive property studies, analyzing leasing metrics and preparing clear, data-driven materials for Asset Management

What You Bring

-Self-starter who is detail-oriented, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to learn -Knowledge of real estate, finance, and accounting concepts and familiarity working with financial statements -Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree – preferred majors include Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related fields -Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication (written and oral) skills -Prior Argus Enterprise experience is preferred -Successful completion of finance, economics, or accounting coursework; minimum 3.5 GPA required -Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment -Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong technical and presentation skills -Must be able to work full-time in Chicago for a minimum of 10 weeks during Summer 2026 -Currently enrolled as a junior in a four-year accredited college or university graduating in 2027 -Must have permanent, unrestricted U.S. work authorization (no current or future sponsorship)
