The Role

Overview

Liaison for ERP implementation, aligning sales/marketing processes with ERP and Salesforce.

Tasks

-Work closely with the Solution Architect of Commercial Operations to ensure ERP and Salesforce systems are aligned and integrated effectively. -Document requirements as user stories, process flows, and functional specifications that can be implemented in CRM and ERP systems. -Lead discovery workshops, project meetings, and design sessions with clear objectives. -Support data migration efforts for customer, product, and campaign data. -Collaborate with the IT department on implementing/enforcing effective change management and privileged access controls. -Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements. -Support Salesforce-related initiatives that intersect with ERP functionality, including customer master data, quoting, opportunity management, and reporting. -Participate in ERP system design, configuration, testing, and training activities related to CRM, lead management, campaign tracking, pricing, quoting, and sales order processing. -Assist in change management and user adoption strategies for Sales and Marketing teams. -Translate functional needs into ERP system specifications in partnership with technical teams and consultants. -Help troubleshoot and resolve cross-platform issues between ERP and Salesforce during implementation and stabilization phases. -Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Sales and Marketing modules during implementation and post-go-live support. -Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to future-state workflows. -Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding. -Contribute to the design and implementation of product configuration tools and processes, ensuring accurate representation of configurable products across ERP and CRM platforms. -Collaborate with product management and sales operations to define rules, attributes, and logic for product configuration and quoting workflows.

What You Bring

-Participation in ERP or CRM implementation projects. -Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced project environment. -Understanding of sales pipeline management, campaign performance metrics, and customer segmentation. -Familiarity with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems and product configuration logic. -Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. -Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI platforms is a plus. -Experience with product configuration tools (e.g., CPQ platforms, rule-based configurators) and related processes. -Experience with Salesforce configuration, data structures, or integrations. -Familiarity with ERP systems and their impact on sales and marketing operations. -Experience with change management and training delivery. -At least 3 years in business analysis, project management, or a related role. -Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. -Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge business needs and system design.
