Tasks

-Create insights, reporting and analysis for executive level to operational level decision making. -Driving the profitability and valuation of our care assets by optimising both occupancy and overall return to Ryman. -Developing, implementing and managing a care pricing strategic framework including standardised methodologies and inputs. -Ongoing review, analysis and setting of our Care pricing across Australia and New Zealand working closely with our operations teams. -Setting our pricing for transactional and ongoing service delivery across the Ryman portfolio including the delivery of care and non-care services, package propositions and add-ons.
