Perform drain cleaning, high‑pressure jetting, surveys and maintenance for commercial clients.

Tasks

-Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times -Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers’ drains -Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year. This would be one week in four- variable according to business needs -Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards -Carrying out surveys

What You Bring

-Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge -Full UK driving licence -Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications -Surveying experience -High pressure water jetting experience -Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial drainage
