Submit portfolios via ISO applications, track market activity, and maintain compliance
Assess tariff updates and communicate clear, actionable impacts to clients
Maintain strong client relationships and provide proactive market insights
Work with IT to automate data retrieval, analysis, and portfolio submissions
Participate in PJM stakeholder meetings and monitor policy/tariff changes
Help maintain and enhance internal systems related to congestion modeling
Develop ARR/FTR portfolio management strategies for clients
Provide analytical, technical, and client-facing support for PJM portfolios
Draft, manage, and renew client task orders; support light invoicing tasks
Provide limited FTR guidance (clients have small FTR needs; knowledge helpful but not primary)
Support PJM congestion right allocation and auction processes

Engineering degree or technical modeling experience (PowerWorld, Promod)
Strong analytical ability with comfort interpreting large datasets
Excellent communication skills (role is client-facing)
Strong PJM knowledge required (other ISO experience acceptable if strong)
Experience from an ISO, utility, retail power provider, consulting firm, or similar
Experience with ARR/FTR management
Deep PJM market knowledge & stakeholder participation experience
10+ years in congestion management, ISO markets, settlements, or market analytics
Proficiency in SQL Server & Excel
Understanding of ISO data: LMPs, FTRs, transmission constraints, outage coordination, settlements
Knowledge of portfolio optimization, risk theory, or forecasting tools
