Overview

Assist in planning and executing resident activities and events at a senior living community.

Tasks

-Assist in making flyers, calendars, newsletters and updating social media websites as needed -Assist with scheduling transportation or driving vehicles as needed -Assist with surveying residents and making observations and recommendations to determine what activities are of interest -Ensure regulatory compliance and report any issues or concerns immediately -Work with volunteers such as scheduling, training and organizing day-to-day assignments -Attend and assist in planned activities and special events, to include set-up and tear-down and decorating for holidays or special events -Encourage residents to attend and participate in activities -Assist with Marketing events -Represent the Clearwater Living principles and core value on a daily basis -Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient community operations

Requirements

• aa degree
• 2 years
• first aid

What You Bring

-Dynamic and fast paced environment -AA degree preferred or a minimum of two years of work experience in the industry -Must meet health requirements, including TB -Display a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working -Background clearances as required by government regulations -First Aid Certification preferred -Health or Fitness Certification preferred -Ability, licensure and willingness to drive the community vehicle -High School Diploma or GED
