-Ensure construction work meets established quality standards and project specifications -Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure efficient and high-quality work -Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets -Maintain accurate and up to date project documentation, including plans, permits, and progress reports -Lead and supervise on site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors -Enforce strict safety protocols and adherence to regulatory requirements on the construction site -Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations -Oversee all construction activities, ensuring work is performed to the highest quality standards

What You Bring

-Industry experience highly preferred -Experience with pipefitting, electrical, construction, or concrete work a plus -Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities -Proven experience as a Construction Lead or in a similar construction management role -Excellent leadership and team management skills -Analytical and problem-solving skills -Must be willing to travel -Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices -Strong organizational and time management skills -HSA and FSA -Familiarity with construction software and project management tools
