Overview
Lead design & coordination for healthcare projects as a Project Architect.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Lead team meetings and attend on-site visits, field reviews, and project meetings. -Manage technical resolution and coordinate specific project segments. -Prepare and review meeting minutes for consultant coordination meetings. -Maintain open communication with clients and provide project guidance. -Perform product research and assist in materials and systems evaluation. -Lead consultants and technical teams for project design execution. -Prepare, review, and coordinate implementation documents, ensuring adherence to QA/QC standards. -Coordinate design group interactions and lead consultant team work sessions. -Oversee the application of products and materials and manage potential project risks. -Incorporate engineering systems and respond to requests for information and modifications. -Develop and manage production schedules in collaboration with project managers. -Prepare and present client presentations, design concepts, and drawings. -Resolve conflicts effectively and encourage a healthy team environment. -Lead code analysis to ensure compliance with relevant codes and zoning requirements. -Collaborate with team leaders to deliver projects within budget requirements.

What You Bring
-Experience with commercial construction and healthcare projects. -Proficiency in Revit and architectural design. -Experience in construction documentation and administration. -Bachelor's degree in architecture preferred. -Registered Architect with a basic understanding of codes and ADA. -Ability to produce CD sets and perform design development. -Experience with base building and construction drawings. -U.S. citizenship required. -Client interfacing skills and a client-oriented personality. -Exercise persuasion and negotiation skills on critical issues.
