Tasks

-Interpret project specifications, blueprints, and manufacturer guidelines. -Follow safety standards and wear proper PPE at all times. -Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary underlayment. -Install various types of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet. -Conduct regular progress updates using our digital tools (BusyBusy app). -Maintain a clean and organized worksite daily, including proper material disposal. -Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes. -Accurately measure, cut, and install flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet. -Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets. -Report any discrepancies, issues, or safety concerns immediately.

What You Bring
