

Mentor and guide junior engineers
Manage clients, budgets, and commercial aspects
Represent the team at design meetings and presentations
Prepare and review fire strategies, reports, and calculations
Lead delivery of fire engineering design & consultancy projects
Strong grasp of UK Building Regulations & RIBA stages
Professional memberships + ongoing CPD
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Proven experience in consultancy
MSc (or equivalent) in Fire Engineering
Working towards (or already achieved) CEng status
Annual performance bonus
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 (DOE)
