Tasks

-Work directly with the client to ensure scope and deadlines are met. -Oversees quality assurance/quality control programs throughout all levels of the team. -Directly supervise assigned team staff and assist practice leader in hiring, training, mentoring, utilization, development of, and assignment of projects to your team staff. -Responsible for the overall management of the Geomatics survey vertical at the Stewart Wilmington office; to include oversight of projects, client development/retention, financial success/profitability, personnel, and general administrative management. -Develop new clients, business leads and new business plan alternatives as required to ensure success of team.

What You Bring

-15 plus years of Technical Experience in Survey -Professional Land Survey License (PLS) -Advanced skills in the operation of AutoCAD Civil3D 2020. -Advanced skills in the operation of Trimble GPS and Robotic Total Station, to include Trimble Field Software. -Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. -Ability to build high performing teams – Inspire and foster team commitment, spirit, pride, and trust.
