-Experience with Workday or similar sized system for invoicing and procurement -Experience completing repetitive administrative tasks with high attention to detail and limited mistakes -Equivalent experience in retail or hospitality industry accepted -Bachelor’s degree preferred -1 - 2 years of multi-family or related property management experience preferred -Administrative and organizational experience -Ability to listen and quickly develop rapport with residents and associates and successfully solve problems -Technical computer experience in different office software -Ability to manages multiple on-going tasks and schedules and adhere to and enforce required deadlines
