Tasks

-Support efforts to modernize existing applications for cloud deployment and web service scalability. -Contribute ideas for process improvements, automation, and innovation within the software team. -Ensure software quality through thorough testing, documentation, and adherence to best development practices. -Work with cross-functional teams of engineers and software developers to modernize existing tools and workflows. -Develop and maintain SQL database structures, RESTful APIs, and user interfaces using C#, JavaScript, and related technologies. -Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications that support MDA Ground Test scenario design and data analysis. -Participate in requirements gathering sessions and translate user needs into practical software solutions.

What You Bring

-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex issues. -Strong knowledge of SQL and experience designing or maintaining database-driven web applications. -Familiarity with Kendo UI, ASP.NET MVC, or modern JavaScript frameworks. -Proficiency with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related web technologies. -Prior work in defense, aerospace, or other mission-critical environments. -A passion for building reliable, maintainable, and user-focused software tools. -Experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). -Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. -Experience with cloud-based application development (e.g., Azure, AWS, or similar). -Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members. -Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). -5-10 years of experience in full-stack development using .NET Framework or .NET Core. -Active SECRET security clearance (or ability to obtain one).
