What You Bring

-Traffic Control & Area Lighting – Traffic signals, street/parking lot lighting, ballpark lighting, and advanced LED systems. -Strong understanding of NEC, local electrical codes, and safety regulations. -Proven success in managing crews and leading multi-site projects. -Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. -A network of clients and the ability to bring new business opportunities to S&W. -5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Foreman in commercial/industrial electrical construction. -Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and estimating software (preferred). -Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings. -Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
