Document Controller / Information Manager (PMCM)

Overview

Manage project documents and information across engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• drawing issuance
• deliverable coordination
• procedure development
• document distribution
• system training
• document management

Tasks

-Issue drawings and documents in accordance with project procedures and processes -Coordinate the issue of deliverables submissions with the project management or design teams -Assist with establishing and implementing project procedures and processes -Circulate received/downloaded electronic documents to the project team -Provide system training as required -Receive and/or download electronic drawings and documents, file as appropriate and maintain a document register

What You Bring

-Have knowledge, understanding and experience in document control together with an interest or experience in wider programme management skills -Excellent organisational skills -Have excellent communication skills -The ability to be conscientious and methodical within a working environment with a strong eye for detail
