Tasks
-Lead and manage multiple subcontractors and work teams across various work fronts. -Work in line with Siemens Energy QEHS procedures and site rules. -Identify and report potential schedule deviations and coordinate corrective actions. -Support documentation, reporting, and delivery of project milestones. -Promote a proactive health, safety, and environmental culture on site. -Support the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager with day-to-day site coordination. -Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.

What You Bring
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced site professional with a strong background in heavy civils and infrastructure to work on a high-profile development within the UK’s growing energy sector. You will support the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager in coordinating multiple subcontractors and ensuring all site activities are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. -Experience within substation or HVDC environments advantageous. -Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. -Ability to motivate and maintain productive relationships on site. -Proven experience in heavy civils within construction, energy, or infrastructure projects. -CSCS Card -Positive attitude towards teamwork and conflict resolution. -Background as a Construction Manager, Site Manager, General Foreman, or Works Superintendent. -Confident IT user (Word, Excel, etc.). -Proactive, safety-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability. -First Aid (Desirable) -IOSH Managing Safely -Familiarity with mechanical and electrical installation works preferred. -CCNSG Safety Passport, Manual Handling, Working at Height, Fire Safety Awareness -Client-specific authorisations (SSE / Scottish Power / National Grid BESC, NSI6 / NSI8) beneficial. -Comfortable managing subcontractors, teams, and SSOWs.
