Commercial Property Manager - FTSE 250 REIT

Description

• Manage lease events including rent reviews, renewals, breaks, and service charges.
• Maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships, delivering high service standards and clear communication.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of a national portfolio of properties, ensuring operations and compliance.
• Work on a growing portfolio of commercial assets across the UK.
• Collaborate with the Asset Management team on capital projects, refurbishments, and development initiatives.
• Support budgeting, expenditure monitoring, and financial reporting, including service charge reconciliations.
• Promote ESG and sustainability best practice across the portfolio.

• Awareness of ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of leases, landlord & tenant law, and service charge management.
• Experience in commercial or mixed-use property management.
