-Ability to learn more than 1 station -Must have the ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment -Must possess basic math skills, understanding of decimals and fractions for measurement -Detail oriented, organized, ability to manage multiple tasks -Good verbal communication and excellent analytical/problem solving skills -Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs, as requested -Completion of basic Safety Orientation and Crane Training -Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude -Ability to read and write English for assembly directions, Work Order packets and safety instructions -Must meet Takt time -Must currently be working at Trane through Select Staffing or Valiant Staffing.
