Tasks

-Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals. -Contribute to the development of construction documents, specifications, and material selections. -Participate in code analysis and integrate findings into design development. -Present design concepts and revisions to clients, incorporating feedback to enhance project outcomes. -Apply knowledge of local, state, and national building laws, as well as other industry standards, to ensure compliance in design solutions. -Work closely with the project team to address any design-related issues during the construction phase. -Train and assist team members in Revit best practices. -Utilize Revit to create detailed architectural drawings and models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. -Conduct regular reviews of drawings and models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards. -Contribute to the coordination of architectural design with other project disciplines. -Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle. -Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate various design elements into cohesive and functional facilities. -Work collaboratively with project teams to develop and refine design concepts for different architecture projects.

If you’re energized by complex challenges, grounded in detail, and looking to grow with a team that’s shaping the future of care and learning—we’d love to meet you. -Experience in all project phases, from concept design to construction documentation. -2-6 years of relevant experience in different architecture projects. -Proficient in Revit and other relevant design software. -Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. -Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in using Revit for architectural design and documentation. -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. -Strong communication and collaboration skills.
