Tasks

-Investigate incidents and manage problem resolution -Support local user expert networks -Coordinate delivery processes in line with standards and quality frameworks -Ensure systems are available and functioning effectively for customer use -Develop and document learning programs for assigned applications -Engage stakeholders to ensure solutions are well-designed and implemented -Analyse business problems and gather requirements for approved application changes -Foster a culture of learning and continuous development within the team -Coordinate delivery planning and manage risks associated with software releases -Provide subject matter expertise to projects and stakeholder initiatives -Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement -Ensure compliance with legislation, corporate policies, and ethical standards -Liaise with service providers to ensure optimal design and outcomes -Support the transition of new services into the Corporate Systems portfolio -Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) -Assist with application lifecycle management and security role development -Contribute to process improvement and manage change/release activities

What You Bring

-Highly experienced with cloud-based systems and working in the AWS environment (certification preferred) -Strong experience across SDLC and stakeholder engagement -Degree in IT-related field or significant relevant experience -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities -Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative team contributor -Proficient in requirements gathering, design review, and testing -Skilled in incident/problem management, change & release processes -Experience with low code/no code system support and development -ITIL 4 Foundation (BA Foundation certified is desirable) -Advanced MS Office skills -Skilled at working with SAFe Agile delivery
