The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical advisor, providing leadership and guidance on complex projects while mentoring engineering staff and supporting strategic growth. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering -Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects -Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida -Progressive engineering experience, with strong expertise in land development and water resources -Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams -Strong communication skills, with the ability to easily build strong relationships
