Tasks

-Support apprentices and uphold Axis’s high standard of customer service. -Undertake tasks such as paving, concrete works, minor drainage repairs, fencing, and path reinstatement. -Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicles in good condition. -Collaborate with supervisors, planners and admin teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. -Carry out day-to-day groundworks and brickwork repairs, reinstatement and renewals. -Work across occupied residential properties and be available to participate in out-of-hours support or emergency callout rota when required. -Conduct risk assessments and comply with all Health & Safety requirements. -Deliver high-quality workmanship, ensuring all works are completed on time and to specification. -Record work accurately via the Axis mobile app and submit all required documentation.

What You Bring

-Excellent time management and communication skills -Health & Safety training (Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Heights, etc.) -Strong attention to detail and safety awareness -Valid CSCS card -Ability to read and follow job instructions accurately -Proven experience in bricklaying and groundworks within social housing or maintenance environments -Full UK driving licence and well-maintained tool kit
