Tasks

-Oversee the recording of vendor payments and approvals for the AP Associates. -Review the weekly duplicate invoice report. -Handle vendor email escalation. -Monitor the AP inbox and OCR process. -Supervise and lead a team of three accounts payable associates, providing guidance and performance evaluations. -Prepare a weekly list of unpaid invoices for all legal entities and determine payments to be made based on funds availability, working closely with the Treasury Department. -Manage the workload of employees. -Assist with 1099 Preparation. -Assist with vendor maintenance, additions, changes, and fraud prevention process. -Oversee the Concur process.

What You Bring

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes, including invoices, purchase orders, payments, and cash management. -Experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. -Bachelor’s degree -3 plus years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. -Position will require sitting for long periods of time as well as occasionally lifting up to twenty-pound boxes.
