The Role

Overview

Develops and manages customer relationships, drives sales, leads, pricing and contracts for KONE.

Tasks

-Validates that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome -Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data -Drives execution of her/his individual sales plan -Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors from the field -Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility -Handles RFQs -Is accountable for finding customer needs and that KONE’s solution matches with the needs -Is accountable for developing KONE position in his/her customer base or market area -Proactively generates opportunities from outside current customer base, -Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of KONE team -Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM -Is accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and -Is responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and -Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits (sales funnel management) -Supports the finance function in money collection. -Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e.g.

What You Bring

-Experience from/ familiar with (selling) complex technology solutions -Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, engineering or other relevant field -Basic English skills -Experience from/ familiar with solution selling methodology -Experience from / familiar with KONE customers’ industries is a plus -Basic digital skills and mindset
