Develop and manage enterprise Lean standards, drive continuous improvement across PG&E.

Tasks
-Manages TIP and key metric reporting for team -Supports implementation of Lean Play 4 (Standard Work), in partnership with other team members -Develops and implements effective business strategies in support of the company and department. -Creates and updates Lean Standards for the enterprise, ensuring the supporting materials are consistent. Manages internal governance processes for alignment and consistency across all Lean materials. -Develops and/or applying innovative tools and solutions to support lean programs and enterprise-wide initiatives, with a focus on how the lean program help solve challenges and improve efficiency. -Helping drive continuous improvement in lean program; consistently demonstrating innovative new thinking focused on lean strategy, performance and implementation. -Identifies, analyzes and improves existing business processes at enterprise level to meet new goals and objectives. -Collaborates with leaders and stakeholders to work on issues, projects or activities. -Provides leadership and support in development of business planning and strategy for program design. -Supports development of materials for educating employees and leaders on lean plays to support organization-wide understanding and application of lean. -Leveraging contacts within and beyond the Company to pressure-test and refine lean solution.

What You Bring
-Masters Degree in Organizational Change or job-related discipline or equivalent experience -Job-related experience, 7 years -Process Improvement certification -Experience in coaching, or related -Familiarity with PG&E’s Lean Operating System and Five Plays -PMP-Project Management Professional certification -Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience -Experience in business operations analysis, or related -Certified Problem Solver, LSS-Lean Six Sigma Certification or completion of other Lean training
