The Role

Overview

Draft and produce land surveys and related drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D under PLS supervision.

Tasks

-Review and process survey field data, ensuring completeness of field work . -Work under the direct supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor on boundary resolution . -Review and plot title encumbrances with minimal supervision . -Prepare field packets. -Use AutoCAD Civil 3D software to produce detailed ALTA Surveys, legal descriptions and exhibits, subdivision plats , topographic design surveys, and various other survey related drawings .

What You Bring

-Strong communication and technical skills . -Certified LSI T , with eligibility to obtain PLS within 2 years -Prior relevant survey experience -Ability to work independently and in a team environment. -Bachelors degree preferred, or associate's degree and 32 hours of survey related courses -Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. -Prior experience using Virtual Surveyor or Trimble Business Center is a plus but not required -Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
