Tasks

-Identify and develop process improvements. -Maintain professional business relationships with customers, field sales and manufacturing representatives. -Coordinate quotes, proposal submittals and assist with order entry efforts with the engineering design and manufacturing teams as required. Provide customer feedback, product improvement suggestions, and prioritize the ongoing new product development list based on actual customer opportunities. -Maintain an expert level of product knowledge and application support to assist in quotation of UL 891 Switchboards. -Listen, understand, and convey customer requirements. -Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth

What You Bring

-Strong written and spoken vocabulary and ability to communicate internally -Knowledge of UL 1008 transfer switches and UL 1558 switch gear -Bachelor’s Degree or Technical College Degree with 5 years of industry experience with switchboards. -Experience in Switchboard, UPS or Rectifier manufacturing -Ability to read and understand electrical power and control drawings / diagrams -Experience in Sales or Customer Experience type role -Engineering Degree or Level 3 Technical/Vocational (i.e., Master Electrician) -Ability to use digital tools to capture and respond to internal requests -Continuous improvement mindset -Highly motivated, passionate, with exceptional written and verbal communications skills -Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment -Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 -High comfort level establishing and growing relationships with customers and internal partners -Strong ability to effectively learn technical products, services and solutions and readily apply new knowledge
