Oversee and supervise development and delivery of nuclear operator training programs.

Tasks

-Serves as a member of the Training Department Leadership Team -Coordinates training plans with operations management, Emergency Planning, and others in the training organization -Implements approved procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards, NRC regulations, INPO accreditation criteria, and other codes, standards and regulatory requirements -Provides instructor supervision and development -Supervises the planning and execution of operations training programs -Acts as a liaison with the operations department to provide internal customer service, review lesson plans, maintain quality instructional delivery and comply with departmental requirements -Participates in the Training Review Committee agenda and activity

What You Bring

-Experience: 6+ years -High School Grad / GED -Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience -Bachelor's in Physical Science, Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent education and/or experience -Commercial nuclear power training or operations experience: 6+ years -Bachelor's - Engineering -Bachelor's Degree -Senior Reactor Operator Certification -Nuclear Experience: 6+ years -Experience with NRC initial license operator exam processes -SRO License - Active, Inactive, or Prior -Coursework in educational program development and administration -Operations INPO accredited program management and NRC initial license operator exam process experience -Experience with the Systematic Approach to Training
