-Direct reporting and working closely with the senior management team. -Ensure good communication to both customers and staff -Manage multiple tickets and projects -Keeping the IT documentation up to date -Meet and exceed SLAs -Assisting technical support requests within the team

What You Bring

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Experience of working with Microsoft technologies (incl. AD, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, NPS) -Experience of working with network technologies (Firewall, Switches, Routers, Wi-Fi) -Exceptional customer service skills and engagement. -High spec workstation setups including Nitro chairs -1st Line Service desk experience -Experience in Cloud Solutions (Microsoft Office 365, Azure)
