Lead station & onboard food & beverage ops, ensuring quality, safety, revenue and guest satisfaction.

Tasks

-SOPs & Initiatives: Launch new menu items, promotions, and tools; train teams on standard operational procedures and verify consistency of execution with audits and follow-ups. -Guest Satisfaction & Brand Standards: Champion Brightline’s service culture; monitor guest feedback and NPS drivers; implement corrective actions and recognize wins. -Onboard F&B Operations Support: Partner with Onboard leadership to ensure product integrity, speed of service, waste control, and SOP compliance onboard; provide visibility during peak service windows. -Commissary & Retail Collaboration: Coordinate with Commissary on ordering, pars levels, receiving, transfers, shelf life, and waste reduction; partner with Retail on planograms, POS content, pricing updates, promotions, and signage. -Quality, Health & Safety: Enforce food safety/HAACP, sanitation, and regulatory standards; lead routine inspections and corrective action plans; model a proactive safety culture. -Teammate Development: Support Station and Onboard GMs with scheduling input, coaching, and performance observations; drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence. -This position has no supervisory responsibilities but may provide training and/or work direction to other teammates within the organization in the management and execution of their areas of responsibility. -Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with Operations Center, Transportation, Procurement, Risk/Compliance, and Commercial to improve flow, standards, and outcomes. -Events & Special Activations: Support F&B logistics for events; ensure readiness, staffing alignment, and brand-right setup and breakdown. -Communication: Monitor and review all Brightline communication channels, including our company intranet and bConnected, during work hours to ensure all company and department communications and notifications are promptly reviewed. -Revenue & Profitability: Track sales, margin, shrink, waste, and labor; recommend menu/pricing tweaks; support promotions and revenue initiatives to maximize profitability. -Station F&B Operations Support: Oversee day-to-day station F&B execution (service, merchandising, quality, hygiene, SOP adherence), provide coaching to leaders and teammates, and ensure consistency across stations. -Inventory & Controls: Maintain accurate counts and monthly reconciliations; oversee inter-station/onboard transfers; partner with Finance/BI on variance analysis and action plans.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience. -Physically able to meet job demands (standing, walking, bending) and lift/move up to 50 lbs as needed; extensive travel on trains and to all stations required. -Knowledge of inventory systems, shelf life management, pars, transfers, and retail merchandising (planograms, POS systems). -Deep knowledge of F&B service models, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards; hands-on quality auditing. -Demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction, revenue/margin, safety, and quality. -5+ years of F&B leadership experience (multi-site or hybrid station/onboard preferred). -Ability to travel frequently between Florida stations and onboard routes; available for varied shifts including weekends/holidays as needed. -Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with guest-facing technologies and POS. -High sense of urgency, strong follow-through, and adaptability to evolving operational needs. -Strength in coaching, change management, and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, guest-facing operations. -Ability to implement planograms and retail merchandising in F&B environments. -Skill in reading performance dashboards, identifying trends, and creating action plans. Familiarity with service culture principles, NPS metrics, and guest feedback mechanisms.
