Tasks
-MEP Project Execution: Manage the lifecycle of MEP scopes from preconstruction through commissioning, ensuring systems are delivered on time and to spec. -Trade Management: Lead MEP trade partners and interface with field superintendents to maintain alignment between design intent and field execution. -Mission-Critical Focus: Work on projects that serve as the backbone of global tech and cloud infrastructure. -Schedule & Budget Oversight: Monitor project timelines, forecast impacts, and control costs related to MEP workstreams. -Client & Consultant Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for client-side engineering teams, third-party commissioning agents, and utility providers. -Coordination & Integration: Oversee BIM coordination, clash detection, and installation of mission-critical systems, including HVAC, UPS, generators, and CRAC units.

This role focuses on large-scale, MEP-intensive facilities—particularly hyperscale data centers—where system performance is critical and execution precision is non-negotiable. This position is ideal for a technically skilled project manager who thrives in complex environments and has a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination on fast-track construction projects. -Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred -Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in data center or healthcare settings -7+ years of construction project management experience with at least 4 years focused on mission-critical or MEP-heavy projects -Experience with BIM, Procore, and commissioning platforms
