Tasks

-Lead & mentor the commercial project team -Support programme management & drive continuous commercial improvement -Lead monthly cost and value reconciliation reviews -Maximise cash position via WIP control & cash flow improvements -Work with the Project Director to manage risk registers -Monitor contractor costs weekly & provide actionable insights -Oversee procurement to deliver commercially advantageous outcomes -Handle contractual changes: variations, contractor claims, early warnings -Manage all commercial aspects of projects & liaise with key stakeholders

What You Bring

Note: Successful candidates will complete a DBS check alongside standard identity and right-to-work verification. -Understanding of programming techniques & project controls -Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent -Expert knowledge of NEC & other standard contracts -Strong experience in Civil Engineering/Construction commercial roles
