- Resolution of construction disputes.
- Management of field staff, including inspectors and office engineers.
- Interfaces with the owner, engineers, architects, and other third parties.
- Review of contractor payment requests.
- Implementation of cost and schedule control procedures for construction management.
- Documentation of contractual actions.
- Development of periodic reports providing information on construction progress, schedule status, cost/budget status, and quality assurance activities.
- Enforcing contract terms and conditions.
- Management of RFIs, submittals, and construction changes.

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent coordination and oral and written communication skills are required.
- Minimum of 5 Years (10 Years is preferred).
- Understands the development of CPM Schedules from Baseline Schedules to Monthly Updates.
- Experience in Engineering and Construction Management. Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry serving in similar capacities. Experience working with heavy rail systems a plus.
- Experience with e-Builder is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Technical compliance and administration of construction contracts.
- Knowledge of the principles of communications systems. In addition, knowledge of P25 radio systems is desirable.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in MA is a plus.
