Clean and maintain fuel island area, removing spills and debris.
Perform general cleaning of offices and restrooms including dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and restocking supplies.
Conduct routine facility inspections as directed to identify maintenance or safety issues.
May run a forklift and/or push floor sweeper as needed to assist with cleaning/organization
Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling from all facility areas.
Maintain cleanliness of shop areas by sweeping, removing debris, and organizing materials.
Conduct general cleanup of yard areas including removal of debris and litter.
Assist in parts inventory organization as directed.

General office equipment, telephone, automobile, personal protective equipment (i.e. safety glasses, hearing protection) when visiting plants.
At least one (1) year of experience in custodial services is desired.
Must demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Successful completion of pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background investigation
Physical: Sitting for long periods of time working on the computer or attending meetings. Job site visits require walking on uneven ground, steep slopes, and exposure to extreme temperature and/or humidity. Some lifting of materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
A High School diploma or G.E.D. or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
Ability to work authorized overtime as required
Demonstrate good organizational skills and time management practices
