- Clean and maintain fuel island area, removing spills and debris.
- Perform general cleaning of offices and restrooms including dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and restocking supplies.
- Conduct routine facility inspections as directed to identify maintenance or safety issues.
- May run a forklift and/or push floor sweeper as needed to assist with cleaning/organization
- Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling from all facility areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of shop areas by sweeping, removing debris, and organizing materials.
- Conduct general cleanup of yard areas including removal of debris and litter.
- Assist in parts inventory organization as directed.

- General office equipment, telephone, automobile, personal protective equipment (i.e. safety glasses, hearing protection) when visiting plants.
- At least one (1) year of experience in custodial services is desired.
- Must demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to consistently appear for work on time
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background investigation
- Physical: Sitting for long periods of time working on the computer or attending meetings. Job site visits require walking on uneven ground, steep slopes, and exposure to extreme temperature and/or humidity. Some lifting of materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
- A High School diploma or G.E.D. or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
- Ability to work authorized overtime as required
- Demonstrate good organizational skills and time management practices
