The Role

Support FM team with compliance, conduct ISO audits, track issues and drive improvements.

Tasks

-Conduct Quality Audits and Compliance Tracker Reviews in line with the GTFM audit programme -Provide administrative support, attend key compliance meetings, and cover for the Head of Compliance when required -Identify and share good practices and lessons learned across internal teams and the supply chain -Provide compliance support to the FM team and assist the Head of Compliance with audits, reviews, and reporting -Contribute to Quality Management Reviews, trend analysis, and the development of improvement initiatives -Support monitoring of compliance with the Business Management System and assist with protocol updates -Produce audit reports, track non-conformities, and carry out follow-up audits to verify corrective actions
