Tasks

-Drive and maneuver equipment -Perform incidental work items and duties included within other crafts -Report malfunctions to supervisors -Maintain a positive working relationship between co-workers and employees of subcontractors, vendors, inspectors and agency individuals working on a Crisdel job site. -Report to work on time, take meal breaks only during the allocated time periods and report back to work until the end of the designated shift. -Coordinate actions with crew members in response to hand or audio signals -Ensure that safety standards are met -Work safely while adhering to Crisdel's Safety Program & Guidelines as well as adhering to all federal, state and local rules and regulations. -Adhere to the guidelines set forth in Crisdel's Employment Handbook. -Perform a basic equipment inspection to ensure that the functions properly

What You Bring

-Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with job site supervisors and fellow employees -In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire. -Valid driver's license issued within the United States clear of multiple and/or major violations. -Multi-task and set priorities effectively -Use of sunscreen, long sleeves, and appropriate headgear is recommended. -Be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. -Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, vehicle records check, and criminal background check. -Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 LBS on a regular basis. -3-5 years or more of industry related experience is required for this position, with an emphasis on roads, highways, and bridges -High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred. -Excellent hand, eye and foot coordination -Use of Personal Protection Equipment is required. -Must demonstrate the ability to operate the loader.
