-Ensure consistent project controls, reporting, and risk management standards are applied throughout the project lifecycle. -Manage P&L responsibility for regional operations; monitor budgets, forecasts, and profitability metrics. -Serve as a key executive interface with major clients, partners, and regulatory agencies across California. -Oversee day-to-day project execution across multiple job sites and regions; ensure performance meets or exceeds safety, quality, and productivity targets. -Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement California growth strategies aligned with client demand and emerging market opportunities.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. -15+ years of progressive experience in operations, construction management, or project delivery within the oil, gas, or chemical sectors. -Proven track record leading large-scale EPC or heavy industrial projects ($100M+).
