Night Service Manager

Overview

Night manager for three communities, enforcing rules, handling maintenance, and serving residents.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Acting as a liaison with city/county police, fire, and other emergency services -Documenting and writing up shift reports/daily logs for community activity, resident service, parking reports, etc. -Distributing resident correspondence, newsletters, citations, or other communications after hours -Handling small maintenance requests for Lewis residents, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging sinks, and other minor apartment issues -Directing and handling automobile towing situations

What You Bring

-Previous military, public safety, law enforcement, and/or customer service management experience highly preferred -Previous experience working with the public/customers, enforcing policies and/or business rules -Top candidates will have the ability to handle stressful situations professionally, self-supervise, and work independently
