Tasks
In this senior role, you’ll manage and expand relationships with major real estate agency partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to grow Detector Inspector’s footprint. You’ll also play a mentoring role within the Account Management team, sharing your experience to support junior Account Managers and contribute to the broader success of the Sales function. -Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery -Act as the main escalation point for account-related queries, ensuring issues are resolved promptly -Proactively promote additional services to landlords and agencies to drive growth -Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts -Prepare sales reports and performance updates, tracking progress against monthly KPIs -Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing property manager clients across Victoria. -Career Growth: Take on a senior role where you’ll work directly with clients and guide junior team members -Mentor and support junior Account Managers, fostering collaboration and capability within the team

What You Bring
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships and drive growth across our Victorian portfolio. -Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver results -A confident communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills -Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM systems -A background in residential property management and proven experience in B2B account management or business development, ideally within property services, compliance, or related industries -Organised, solutions-focused, and proactive in managing competing priorities
