The Role

Overview

Perform planned and reactive refrigeration/air‑conditioning maintenance across Lara facilities.

Tasks

-Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions -Identify and rectify equipment and infrastructure faults in a time critical environment -Complete planned maintenance activities across Refrigeration/Air Conditioning systems associated with large facilities -Minor works including assembly, installation, testing, and maintain heating, cooling and refrigeration equipment and appliances -Inspect and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment and chilled water supply systems as required -Work order management for all works completed within required timeframes -Participate in a multiskilled team for delivery of high-quality facility management and maintenance services

What You Bring

-Knowledge of BMS Systems -Experience with integrated systems (HVAC and Fire) -ARTIC licence, Refrigerant handling licence, VBA licence -High standards across compliance and driving safety, health, environment, and quality in your work. -Well developed communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relations. -Connect and Disconnect electrical licence
