The Role

Overview

Analyze tolling data, create reports, and support toll project coordination.

Tasks

-Query data to provide tolling program trends -Assist in preparation and participation of public information meetings and hearings -Prepare constraints mapping and required documents -Monitor and analyze toll transaction data to identify discrepancies, trends, and revenue opportunities -Assess end-user experience for both customers and agents -Assist with QA/QC processes within HDR -Small project support and coordination for toll-related work elements including operations, reporting, project production, and delivery -Assist with scopes of work -Create data analysis using Excel, Power BI, relational databases, and other tools for deep dive review -Collect, assimilate and manage project-related data

What You Bring

-Ability to adapt to the needs of our clients and work outside of one’s comfort zone. -Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship, organizational and follow-up skills -Experience working with state DOTs, toll system integrators, planning organizations, or Toll / Thruway / Turnpike Authorities. -Bachelor's degree -Proficiency in data reporting and analytical tools such as SQL, PowerBI, VBA, Power Query, Python -Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously -Strong background in statistical analysis, reporting, and data visualization -Local candidates preferred -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint. -Excellent written and communication skills.
