Overview
Manage client relationships, drive sales, and oversee project deliverables in DMV territory.

Tasks
-Communicating technical information and probable costs to key decision makers -Developing proposals -Acting as the single point of contact for all long-term customer relationships -Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan, including proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business to achieve revenue targets -Monitoring and managing financial performance of all accounts within the assigned territory -Developing and presenting maintenance and repair solutions to clients based on budgetary allowances and inspection reports

We are looking for an experienced relationship builder who demonstrates empathy and trustworthiness. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Working knowledge of the construction industry (preferred) -3 or more years in a Sales/Business Development -Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required -Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills -Willingness to be flexible in a fast-paced work environment -Engaging in collaborative problem solving and decision making -Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
