Tasks

-Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain project timelines, coordinating effectively with subcontractors and suppliers. -Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, engineers, and executive management. -Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies. -Budget & Cost Management: Establish and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency. -Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to industry standards and OSHA regulations. -Issue Resolution: Address project challenges promptly to prevent delays. -Resource Allocation: Manage workforce, equipment, and materials for optimal efficiency. -Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and generate reports for management. -Contract Management: Oversee project contracts, change orders, and documentation. -Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project specifications and requirements. -Continuous Improvement: Implement lessons learned for process enhancement in future projects.

What You Bring

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. -Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally. -Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6), budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. -Travel Required: Frequent travel between project sites with occasional overnight stays. -Competencies: Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. -Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in project management within industrial mechanical construction. -Ability to stand, walk, and navigate construction sites for extended periods. -Certifications: OSHA 30 certification required; PMP certification is a plus.
