Tasks

-Communicate with customer along with taking and sending photo updates along their journey -Ensure sales files and documents are complete, compliant, and ensure successful closings. -Serve as the main contact for buyers from escrow opening to closing, including managing transactions and providing updates. -Facilitate all Salesforce Purchase Agreement Milestones. -Assist in administrative tasks and provide backup for New Home Consultants as needed.

What You Bring

-This position may be eligible for commissions. -High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. -Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. -Must have a valid Driver’s License and auto insurance; Real Estate License preferred. -Preferably one year of experience supporting a real estate sales team. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, high-level customer service skills, organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
