Tasks

-Develops innovative sourcing strategies; seeks process efficiencies. -Support product analysis, development, and commercialization efforts required to move products (legacy and new) into Sustain. -Collect and organize cost information from plants/suppliers and delivers to pricing and marketing manager in support of customer price modeling. -Develop and utilize existing and emerging data analysis tools to drive decisions. -Communicate transactional infrastructure required to order products and samples, including SAP material IDs, descriptions, and master data that conform to AS norms and standard work. -Lead assigned AS Supply Chain “Priorities & Actions” initiatives. -Influence product development. -Works effectively with internal teams and external suppliers; builds strong relationships. -Balances multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Recommend primary and secondary supplier selection and inventory requirements (finished goods, components, samples). -Participate in weekly NPD meetings for assigned projects, ensuring AS standard work is being utilized and influencing decisions to align with the strategic direction of the business. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-visibility projects. -Uses data to drive decisions; identifies and resolves sourcing and supply chain issues. -Drive impact on sustainability goals and supply chain innovation. -Support change management processes (internal and external) aimed at ensuring product performance assertions are met and maintained. -Build relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners -Advise lead-time expectations in support of FAST134 objectives and drive improvement initiatives around improved service levels. -Support supplier onboarding activities. -Transforming buildings from structures that shelter into structures that serve and preserve the health and well-being of people and planet; -Establish and execute supply strategies for product samples and demo kits.  Success is defined by a repeatable replenishment model whereby a finished sample or kit is supported by a qualified supplier (or suppliers), all required product drawings, labels, costs, packaging, and any other specifications unique to a given product. -Manages changing priorities; takes ownership of projects and drives results.

What You Bring

-Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment required. -Experience with SAP, MS Access, and BI tools preferred. -Understanding of manufacturing processes and facility operations. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. -Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present ideas and influence cross-functional teams. -Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical discipline required. -Strong analytical and cost modeling skills.
