Tasks

-Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as project timelines, budget adherence, labor productivity, and equipment usage. -Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. -Assist in risk analysis by identifying potential delays or cost overruns using predictive models. -Collaborate with planning and operations teams to forecast resource needs and project timelines. -Support cost estimation and budgeting through historical data analysis. -Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. -Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across construction projects. -Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources including project management software, ERP systems, and field reports.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field -Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. -2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the construction or engineering sector. -Experience with SQL and data querying from relational databases. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is a plus. -Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
